To avoid disappointment and secure your preferred appointment time, we ask you schedule your appointments in advance. We will always be accommodating to your busy schedule and preference time, however, in some instances where we may not be able to immediately accommodate your request, we have ‘Reservations List’ which is referred to daily when instances of cancellations or availabilities occur.

Azure offers strictly one on one service, we aim to offer a calm, quiet & relaxing space. What this means is, NO your best friend, sister, child or partner can not attend.To ensure a discreet environment we kindly request you refrain from using mobile phones.


To ensure you never forget an appointment, a text message will be sent to you requesting confirmation 24hrs prior to the date of your appointment. A simple YES is all that is required to confirm your appointment. If an appointment remains unconfirmed by (8am) open of business, the day of your appointment may be forfeited. (We will assume you can not make it and will offer this to someone else)

*If you hold a Gift Certificate please quote your Gift Certificate number at the time of making your appointment. (And bring with you)


As your appointment is reserved especially for you, we kindly ask that you give Kirby and the Azure team a minimum of 24hrs notice for cancellations or rescheduling, otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost. If you have a pre-paid treatment package or Gift Certificate this surcharge may be deducted from your treatment Package.

“Whilst we understand there will always be unforeseen circumstances that force you to reschedule your appointment at short notice, we ask you understand this appointment time has been reserved especially for you. In the event of cancellation at short notice we would have little chance of allocating another booking to this time.”


Piercing is a service Kirby offers following the code of practise for skin penetration WA Health, a child under the age of 18 will require the written consent and presence of their parent/guardian for all body piercings.

Including non-intimate body piercing means piercing a part of the body such as:

  • nose
  • face
  • navel (belly button) 
  • other skin surfcase

The only circumstances where a child does not need their parent’s consent is for ear lobe piercing if the child is aged 16 years or over.

Parent/Guardian is required to present with Drivers License and Medicare card with both themselves and child’s details.


For your convenience Gift Certificates are available for monetary value allowing for the use of all treatments and skincare. They may be purchased in clinic or over the phone & online and can be express posted to the recipient should you wish to do so. Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the time of purchase and are not redeemable for cash.


Our pricing is a reflection of the investment in medical technologies, skill and techniques in use in the clinic by Kirby Nankivell plus her commitment to continual high-level training, education and ensuring her qualifications are maintained at the most relevant and up-to-date level. Kirby adopts Best Practice procedures in her business which she achieves through her diligence in putting into practice what she has learnt and studied. Our prices include GST and are subject to change without notice.


We recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your treatment time, ensuring you have time to unwind, relax and enjoy herbal tea or fruit water before your treatment. We ask you refrain from wearing make-up to your skin appointments, though we understand if you need to. If you are currently under supervision and / or undergoing treatment from a medical practitioner for any condition, please advise us at the time of booking.


Upon concluding your treatment, you will be given a home care program which will be personalised to your individual skin type and treatment conditions. Remember to make your next appointment before you leave to ensure availability and avoid disappointment.
